DIRECTOR'S PROFILE
Sr. Din graduated from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) in May 1989 with a Diploma in Valuation, and in 2004 he obtained his B.Sc. (Hons) in Property Management from the same institution.
He started his career by spending for more than five years working as an assistant valuer with two international property consultancy firms in Kuala Lumpur. He later joined several MNCs, property developers, GLCs and corporations to manage their property investment portfolio and assets.
Throughout his career of more than twenty five years of working experience, Sr. Din has managed a wide range of commercial, residential and industrial properties, which include office buildings, shopping centres, condominiums, industrial complexes and gated & guarded developments. Sr. Din has also been involved in valuation of various type of property for various purposes.
Sr. Din was also involved directly in real estate agency works which include for sale and leasing / renting of various types of properties in Klang Valley, Malaysia such as office building, shop offices, industrial land and factories, residential landed and strata property, development lands, etc as well as project marketing for new development projects by developers.
Sr. Din’s Professional qualification and membership are as follows:-
- Registered Valuer (V-1016), Registered Estate Agent (E-2480) & Registered Property Manager (PM-1016) with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents & Property Manager Malaysia.
- Member of Royal Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia (RISM-M5242).
- Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS-6704305).
- Member of Malaysia Institution of Professional Property Manager (MIPFM-PM426).
- Member of Malaysia Institution of Estate Agent (MIEA-OM1082).
- Member of Association of Valuers, Property Managers, Estate Agents & Property Consultants in the Private Sector Malaysia (PEPS-M585).
Sr. Zainal Mohd Ali graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Applied Science in Property Resource Management from the University of South Australia in 1987.
Upon returning to Malaysia in 1988, Sr. Zainal joined several Property Consultants and Valuation firms such as TD Aziz Sdn Bhd, Ernest Cheong (PTL) Chartered Surveyors, Rahim & Co Chartered Surveyors Sdn Bhd, Appraisal (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, S.T Hui & Associates Sdn Bhd, Vigers (PJ) Sdn Bhd and, Henry Butcher Malaysia Sdn Bhd.
In 2006 he set up his own firm practicing under M/s SL Realty to undertake property management, consultancy services and real estate agency services for three (3) years before he was canvassed to join Jurunilai Bersekutu (Penang) Sdn Bhd as Resident Valuer in Bayan Baru, Penang and thereafter rejoined S.T Hui & Associates in Kuala Lumpur.
Sr. Zainal has more than 25 years of solid experience in valuation of various type of property and purposes, property management services, property developments and investment consultancy as well as real estate agency services for selling, renting, leasing and purchasing of various type of property nationwide, especially in the Klang Valley region. He also has six (6) years of hands-on experience in practicing of valuation and real estate agency in Penang.
Sr. Zainal’s Professional qualification and membership are as follows:-
- Licensed / Registered Valuer with The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Manager Malaysia (V-637).
- Licensed / Registered Estate Agent with The Board of Valuer, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Manager Malaysia (E-1846).
- Registered Property Manager with The Board of valuer, Appraisers, Estate Agent and Property Manager Malaysia (PM-0637).
- Member of The Royal Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia (RISM).

DIRECTOR
Surveyor Mohamad Nasir is graduated in 1989 from University Technology Malaysia (UTM) with Diploma in Property Valuation, and while working with the corporate sector he concurrently pursued his interest in estate management study where he managed to accomplish his Bachelor in Estate Management from University Technology MARA (UiTM) in 1995. By profession, we was awarded as a Registered Property Manager by The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia to authorize him to practice as a license Property Manager.
Upon completed his Bachelor in Estate Management, Sr. Mohamad Nasir was offered to join KLCC Berhad, a public listed company which wholly owned by Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS) as a Project Management Executive in 1995 involving in the development and construction of the Petronas Twin Tower.
After several years stint with KLCC Berhad, he was promoted and transferred to KLCC Urus Harta Sdn. Bhd. another entity owned by PETRONAS responsible in property management business operation with new a new functional roles to manage the completed buildings which KLCC Twin Tower and Kompleks Daya Bumi. During this period Sr. Mohamad Nasir gained more than 20 years of working experience in the management of office buildings operation such as supervision of site team and monitoring of vendors performance to ensure
that the day–to –day functions of the common area/facilities, M&E and etc. are properly maintained and running smoothly for optimum productivity and comply with the customer service delivery standard.
From the year 2006, Sr. Mohamad Nasir is joining the property consultancy firm to expand his capability in practicing Corporate Real Estate services as well as management of strata properties in Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley. In 2017, he joined DZ Angkasa Property Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. as a Senior Management team to lead the Strata Management business / operation. He is later was appointed as Director In-charge for all Property / Facility Management Business undertaken by the firm.

Preparing feasibility studies relating to new development projects as an initial input for the developers as an indicative of the recent market situation and consumers acceptance prior to the business decision on their land development planning and proposal.
